What you will do :
As part of the People Operations team you will focus on :
Develop and support measures to improve organizational culture and employee engagement
Drive internal Mindcurv events and coordinate with global teams to drive global Mindcurv internal events
Establish connect with Mindcurv members and support retention activities
Drive internal knowledge sharing sessions and discussion forums by coordinating with different business units
Employer Branding Events
Design and execute Mindcurv India's events calendar to establish MC as an employer of choice in the market
Establish connect with business units and key people to understand MC's business and support MC's employer branding activities in India.
Support the global marketing team in building and shaping the employer brand from an India market perspective
Design and implement campus connect programs for Mindcurv India for summer internship and campus recruitment programs
Plan and execute all activities to drive successful campus engagement programs by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for setting up ongoing monitoring and improvement of campus connect initiatives
Support the team in the recruitment of select positions
Support the team in the onboarding of new members
Support policy design & implementation.
What we expect :
MBA ideally with a specialization in HR
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in HR with an emphasis on employee engagement activities and employer branding activities, ideally from within a small / mid-sized IT or Professional Services company
Conceptualization, planning and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
