PS : - The Candidate / s applying for the post should be from Apparel / Garment Industry having exposure especially in Sports Wear Division Only.
Key Responsibilities : Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following : 1.10 -15 years of minimum experience in extensive sales and currently at minimum NSM level or equivalent.

Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines. 6.Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-
motivated. 7.Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a PAN India basis. 8.Lead and manage activities for go-
to-market strategy, Lead generation, new business development, sales planning and operations, key account management. 9.Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a razor-
sharp focus on increasing distribution and market share. 10.Preparing business analytic reports, analysing performance, opportunities, trends, threats, and taking well planned corrective business actions based on data to drive efficiencies across the business.
11.Develop and nurture business partners, Distributors & Etc. 12.Track market changes and conduct market research & analysis to map competition strategy.
13.Play a strategic role in building brands to drive business and sustain profitability. 14.Interface with internal cross-
functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination to execute company agenda.
