Position Summary :
This position will be responsible to serve as a central interface and owner for tooling and integration services to the largest customer in Atos.
Managing to positive business outcomes through strong partnership GDTS service and operations providers and specialists in a virtual team environment is key.
The successful candidate will have the needed skills and confidence to productively dialog with our customers both in the account and in the customer base.
This team player also will possess the attitude and skills that allows them to address issues with both a sense of urgency and exceptional problem solving .
Furthermore, the candidate will be a part of a dynamic and high performing team that services the customers developing solutions, driving excellence, and ensuring a reliable and consistent tooling & integration framework.
This team member will report to the Global Escalations Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide global technical support for the largest implementation of GDTS tooling in Atos that covers the entire globe, and the widest array of Atos services offered to any single client.
Be the technical resource and champion for customer interactions; both for our internal customer the service and operations colleagues, as well as, the customers within our clients’ environment.
Serve as top of stack for tooling and integration with all that this entails in terms of accountability and results.
Proactively ensure that GDTS services and products to the clients are executed and provided to the highest standard and at an effective cost basis.
Maintain a clear view of the pipeline of activities and actively mitigate any blockers or challenges to successful completion of the work.
Ensure management reporting and requests are satisfied with a high degree of professionalism and in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery, service owner, financial, and commercial partners where required.
Be keenly aware of the performance metrics and expected standards associated with our services and work diligently to ensure achievement of these with consistency.
Handle escalations with an exceptional level of professionalism and effectively address not just the issue but the holistic nature of the perception or gap that precipitated the issue.
Handle incoming requests with sound logic, efficiency, and sense of purpose which will range from technical questions to special business needs all with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist, enable, and encourage fellow GDTS colleagues in the support of customer’s business needs.
Execute a set of diverse assignments with enthusiasm, perseverance, and dedication.
Support our GDTS team and its team members to achieve clearly articulated business objectives and ensure each other’s mutual success in our joint effort to support one of the most challenging Atos clients.
