You are good at :

  • Understanding & selling Digital Transformation product & platform suites. SaaS company experience a plus
  • Hunting and closing deals
  • Field sales, feet on the street approach
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales target
  • Understanding of Design Led Business
  • Building Sales Team, Partnerships, Alliances, Sales Pipeline, Active Sales Closures and meeting Sales target
  • Collaborate with leaders and SMEs in the design and development teams to position Red Baton offerings
  • Strong Presentation and written communication skills
  • Lead generation experience using inside sales, Digital and other conventional methods
  • Hands on experience in setting detailed sales process and handling sales operations
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
  • You will be responsible for (not limited to) :

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Preparing high impact proposals and documenting the same
  • Your experience :

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B Technology service companies, Agencies, Product design company or Branding
  • Your academic qualifications :

  • No limitations
