ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Marketing Executive who will be responsible for creating marketing strategies and handling marketing campaigns for our global markets (country-specific) and build and maintain strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Considering the end-to-end marketing initiatives, in markets outside India, primarily in non-English speaking countries like Spain, Germany, France, etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target geographies from a marketing perspective through online research, customer interactions, competitive assessments, market research, and partner collaboration.
  • Identifying regional marketing trends and nuances.

  • Maintain region-specific marketing content in websites, blogs, and other marketing collaterals by collaborating with Freelance Content Writers of country-specific regional languages.
  • Outreach, negotiations, and management of freelance content partners with country-specific regional language expertise.
  • Coordinate with Content Marketing Team, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Technical team for contextualizing marketing collateral for international advertisements and promotions as per region-specific languages.
  • Coordinate with SEO team to implement country-specific International SEO optimized content in the website and blog.
  • Formulate marketing strategies that enable growth and commercial success in those countries.
  • Develop and execute culturally appropriate and contextualized marketing campaigns.
  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that enable marketing motion in these geographies.
  • Tap into opportunities to engage in region-specific online and offline events.
  • Engage with HR and business leaders in events to drive thought leadership in those countries.
  • Plan and implement the media and public relations plans to drive brand awareness in those countries.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly enthusiastic and curious to learn and explore other countries' business rules and country-specific product demand of Vantage Circle.
  • Someone with 0-1 year of experience in Marketing, or Outreach or Strategic Partnership or Client success teams.
  • A Bachelor’s / undergraduate degree is mandatory. An MBA / master’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent English is written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Understanding Email and LinkedIn usage is a must.
  • Must know how to use MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Excel.
  • Vendor management or client management experience is an added advantage but not a necessary skill, but candidates must be eager to learn eventually.
