GDS &Market Ops summary :
As part of theMarket Operations Support team, the Senior Analyst would handle multipleresponsibilities by providing operational support for various activities likeReporting & Analysis, Program management, Delivery management, Client relationshipmanagement etc.
The role requires a relevant work experience, workethics and attention to detail with focus on quality andtimely delivery.
The role also requires effectivecommunication skills including communication over emails and virtually, aimingto support the business and its leaders, especially Partners and Senior Management,through reporting, data analysis and providing insights.
Essentialdeliverables and processes include :
Strong business communicationand coordination skills
Performing weekly / monthly Sales& Pipeline and Revenue reporting
Meeting Coordination - Coordinatingdifferent stakeholders meetings and events for account review, revenueplanning - help with taking minutes and sharing insights during meetings
Acting as the SPOC forstakeholder to access various GDS functions
Quick learner - understandingof the EY / FSO construct
Business acumen - Handling thequeries raised by the business teams and educating the team on how to use thedashboards to derive better insights
Building and compiling decksfor leadership meetings and events etc
Monthly reporting, Scorecards,compiling and maintaining various lists; Tracking and analysis
Power BI / Data visualizationskills for automation and more advanced reporting
PMO for projects and programsincluding L&D, new tool rollouts etc
Responsible for developing andcommunicating crucial performance weekly / monthly dashboards to the wider team
Performing chaser activity forPipeline hygiene
Knowledge of creating workflow in automationtools like Alteryx, programming languages like Python and working with MS flow,power apps will be added advantage
Potential team lead activities, if and when scope expands

Be responsible for reviewof deliverables produced by staff as part of quality assurance
