We’re looking for Inside Telesales Executives to convert leads and inquiries into opportunities for closure. This role requires enthusiasm, high energy, hustle and the ability to communicate well with prospects and understand their needs.
Contact and qualify prospects to help them build professional career till closure.
Enroll prospects for training program by providing product explanation, how it will help their career.
Identify various sources of generating prospects to build better sales pipeline and closure Generate sales, pipeline from provided data and own data to reach monthly set targets.
Maintain post sales rapport with the customers to help them build their professional career Report to their team leader about status of leads, closures expected.
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience into product sales preferably in a BPO company.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in a sales environment with accurate lead data in CRM.
Team player, with a strong self-starter attitude.
Ability to engage, influence prospects over email and phone.
Show patience, and persistence to build / nurture prospects.
Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner. Confident, positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
