  • Work with existing partner agencies for various deliverables.

  • Work with the management and sales teams to plan and run strategic and tactical initiatives.- Work with strategic partners (eg Banks, NBFCs, Ecommerce) to support joint marketing plans.
  • Create and expand partnerships with strategic and non-strategic forums etc.- Grow lead quality and sources across SEO / SEM, email & content marketing, referral, and affiliate programs.
  • Innovate in ways of growing the online business while reducing acquisition costs.
  • Optimize cost per lead across channels - while increasing ROI. Brand & Marketing rock star should have :  - 6+ years in a similar role for a tech-venture / branding company / agency with some experience in a leadership role (preferably FinTech / Consumer Internet)- Handled the end-to-end sales cycle from campaign design, lead generation, execution up to referrals and loyalty programs.

  • Proven experience in strategic PR- Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g.
  • Google Analytics, Mix panel) including tracking / tagging, Digital marketing best practices, etc.- Demonstrated innovation and thought leadership in growing an online business- A keen understanding of growth hacking and ways to grow the business while keeping acquisition costs down- Represented the brand onto various platforms- Built and grown a high-performance team.

  • Some exposure to working in start-ups will be highly desirable.
