We are looking for a strong engineering leader to manage and lead exceptional software engineers to build scalable subscription billing services for key Revenue Cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multiple stakeholders including cross functional teams, architects, product owners and others
  • Closely partner with product owners and architects to get the product / engineering vision to reality
  • Drive release, sprint planning and daily stand ups for your teams
  • Participate in architecture discussions and planning
  • Advocate technical excellence and strong software engineering best practices
  • Stay on top of key metrics that helps drive engineering decisions
  • Be a multiplier, attract talents and build strong teams
  • Champion employee growth through coaching, training and career development activities
  • Foster salesforce culture
  • Experience / Desired Skills :

  • Masters / Bachelors degree in computer science or any related field
  • 12+ years of software engineering experience and minimum of 2+ years as people manager
  • Proven experience in building / delivering scalable enterprise apps and services
  • Good knowledge and experience with object oriented programming, RDBMS and SQL
  • Strong Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in agile environment
