What will you contribute? Based in our Bangalore office and reporting to the Global Head of Regional Operations for Global Services, you will form part of the Regional & Delivery Business Operation Support Team, working closely with Regional management & Regional Business Operations leader on all operational aspects for the Region Responsibilities & Deliverables : Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Support and help drive the business strategy to deliver the business objectives
  • Support the Regional adherence to upwards & downwards cadence & processes
  • Drive adherence to process across the business leadership, PM and consultant communities to facilitate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual performance success versus Plan & Forecasts
  • Support Bookings, Revenue & Margin forecast process, ensuring forecast accuracy
  • Support the analysis of the delta of the forecast and actual performance to the FY21 Plan providing the interlock, linkage and storyboard across the various business dynamics
  • Focused on Operational Metrics and Reporting, supporting the Business Operations leader in collecting, monitoring and maintaining data around business performance
  • Ensure Data Hygiene across all relevant metrics and reporting - work closely with PMs to resolve system issues impacting data reflection in reporting and business performance metrics.
  • Be the focal point to help resolve any systems and reporting support for the Region management and PMs Required Experience :
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (Industrial Engineering, Business Management )
  • 3-7 years experience as a PMO / Operations Analyst / BI and Data Analyst from a global company
  • Strong Excel knowledge & skills
  • Strong knowledge in working with information systems run reports
  • Vast experience with BI tools (With emphasis on DOMO and Power BI) - Advantage
  • Team player, knows and likes to work in a team
  • Experience and knowledge around Business Performance Metrics, Business Operations, Business Processes
  • Experienced and knowledgeable around Interfaces and contact point between department in a global company
  • Self-learning skills, eager to learn and capable of working in a changing environment
  • Experience in working with Mid to High level Management
  • Strong sense of urgency and details oriented
  • Action driven without compromising quality due to speed
