Key Responsibilities : Lead deliver for HXM transformation projects within complex global environmentsPlan, Design, Development with creative innovative solutions tailored for client needs in HR transformations Help and train the team to deliver high quality services in line with our proven methodologies assets Estimation of Resources timelines, supporting pre-sales activities understand product roadmap in solutioning of projects Drive Innovation automation process across multiple projects
Technical Experience : Project Management SME in SAP HCM / SF solutioning Strong HR Business Process Experience SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification, additional Cloud / SF certification have an added advantage
Professional Attributes : Strong implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / SAP HCM Experience in SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations Experience in agile principles, methodologies, and tools for the project management
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Additional Information : Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement
