Territory Sales Executive / Territory Sales Officer Job Requirement UG / PG Job Description Responsible for developing strong customer / client relationships across the independent retail, grocery and distribution areas.
Achieve and exceed your sales target as assigned by immediate supervisors and managers on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
Take charge of your territory, work autonomously and plan your week effectively and efficiently. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current and future markets.
Ensure in store promotional activities are achieved, managed and negotiate shelf space. Analyze the market and competitors to enable negotiations regarding schemes, variations in prices and update and manage customers / clients.
Handle complaints received from the assigned territory and update the respective departments / managers for corrective action.
Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions. Record and document sales and order information, payments made, return of damaged goods and report the same to the sales department / TSM.
Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their supervisors and managers. Increase rate of sale and brand presence within territory.
Ensure effective point of sale placements are executed. Up-sell new product developments launched. Identifying opportunities for brand exposure.
