Essential Job Functions

  • Skill Set : CK4, COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2, ENDEVOR
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have experience of doing client specific enhancements on CK4 application by referring to Business design document
  • Build program specification document with detailed flow of logic for developers to code new programs in CK4.
  • Recommend CK4 product Specific configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.
  • Configures, implements, and provides complex product support activities to meet client needs.
  • Selects, coordinates and implements technical product components, ensuring that the technical solution addresses the business concern.
  • Assists sales and consulting engineering teams in designing and integrating products into customer environments.

  • Addresses product requirements, usability, change requests and defines future functionality to end users and stakeholder groups to increase understanding of CK4 product.
  • Participates in CK4 acceptance testing; coordinates product launches into new and existing markets. Get Involved in Various phases of implementation of the project in various regions. (Unit / System / QA / PROD)
  • Perform Unit testing and provide results for Unit test cases.
  • Performing Analysis for Defects and provide solution for the same.
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
  • Three or more years of support services or project or program experience
  • Experience working with the technology industry
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
  • Experience working with computer systems and their use
  • Other Qualifications
