  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of compliance guidelines and internal policies with respect to defined clients SLA, KPI and KRA.
  • Prepare RCA, Monthly and Weekly reports and presenting dashboard for senior management as appropriate.
  • Handling Network Security - Closure of Non Compliance across organization for Enterprise Servers, Firewalls, Switches, Routers Vulnerabilities, and Configuration review, Connectivity's as per ISO.
  • And Following up until work done.

  • Revise SOP, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Strong holding of closures in timely manner.
  • Review, Draft, modify and implement company IT policies.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
  • Collaborate with concerned teams to monitor enforcement of processes and maintain compliance
  • Assess the team to identify possible compliance risks
  • Review the work of team members to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
  • Keep abreast of evolving best practices in compliance control.
  • Key Skills

  • Proven experience in Compliance / Security / Risk / DR Plan
  • Vulnerability Management - Providing recommendation
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to compliance
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  • An analytical mind able to see the complexities of processes & procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, Getting work done.
  • Certified compliance professional or ISO 27001 Auditor / System Auditor or GRC framework
  • Hands on experience on Firewalls and Network Security
  • MBSS, Configuration review, Vulnerability Assessment and Providing recommendation.
  • Understanding and working of SIEM
  • Excel, PowerPoint.
