Co-ordinate with departmental Head and Management to conduct interviews of the candidates.
Co-ordinate with Management for finalization i.e., Selection, Negotiation & Offer Closure.
Employee File Management, Generating and Releasing Offer Letter & Documentation to be done.
Co-ordinate with Candidate for the acceptance of Offer.
Co-ordinate with candidates previous employer regarding BGV process.
Co-ordinate with HR department regarding the arrangement of candidates necessary requirement i.e., Assets, laptop, stationary, Welcome Kit, etc.
