As our Marketing Director, you’re responsible for our marketing strategy, product development, customer service, branding, pricing and sales management.
You will drive the delivery of our brand identity, corporate reputation, positioning and profile to deliver sales and business growth.
What you’ll be doing :
Leadership & Vision : Lead and manage our marketing and growth team, spanning all marketing disciplines to build and execute growth strategies.
Organisation Building : Recruit and onboard top talent to build a world-class marketing organisation.
Brand & Marketing Strategy : Build GoodWorker’s brand, marketing and PR strategy (B2B and B2C) to shape the work of many other functions.
Commercialisation : Lead the teams that take our brand, products and partnerships to market.
Execution : Roll up your sleeves and support as required.
Test and learn : Develop a culture of rapid testing and experimentation to find our product-channel and product-market fit.
Plan, execute and oversee our marketing, brand and PR strategy. Including online, offline, affiliates, partnerships, branding and PR.
Lead and develop a small team, guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and growth manager.
Set and administer our annual marketing budget and KPIs.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of our competitors, adjusting our marketing, brand and PR plan if necessary.
Work closely with the sales team to develop our B2B acquisition strategy, including lead generation, pricing, segmentation, collateral and all things sales enablement.
Work closely with our product team to identify new business and product opportunities, including data and cohort analysis, and product marketing.
Work closely with our Growth manager to develop our digital and lifecycle marketing strategy, including marketing automation and CRM.
Identify and manage our media agencies and channel partners, securing agreements on the production of promotion of activities.
Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions.
Owning our owned media channels, including the product communications strategy of our digital (websites, app) and physical (events, sales) touchpoints.
What you’d need :
You have at least six years of experience working in high-performance / top-tier companies, ideally tech.
You have led, directly managed, built and trained a marketing team.
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
You have a proven track record of building marketing campaigns that deliver growth.
You have experience working with and building a global brand.
You have worked in brand management and experienced building multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns delivered to multiple markets.
