To qualify, candidates must have A bachelors degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience in Big4 consulting or Tier 1 or Tier2 Consulting firms A degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline Extensive experience working as an IT Service Management or IT adviser for a professional services firm, or within industry Hand on implementation, early life support and CSI experience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in the following engagements IT Service Management Strategy ITSM (ITIL / ISO 20000) Framework Development ITSM Implementation IT Service Management Tool Enablement Engagement Delivery experience of 10 ISO20000 and / or ITIL end to end implementation till CSI.

Strong project management skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills Excellent leadership, teamwork and client service skills Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
