solving skills. Inbound and outbound calls with sales and other internal staff will be part of the job.
Quote creation, corrections and revisions, Report / Data Analysis, Forecast / Grant Validation, Analyzing / Preparing Deal tracker, Assisting the sales teams with the entire backend operations will be the day to day activities of the candidate.
This position is open for EMEA support and requires the candidate to work in EMEA working hours 12. 30 pm to 9. 30 am IST.
The timings might vary by an hour.
About You :
Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in similar industry and quoting process
Hands on Experience on quoting with SFDC / CPQ and CRM applications
Experience in creating business documents
Experience with Microsoft operating systems and functions
Experience in managing knowledge base
Positive work attitude
Prompt and focused towards work
