Purpose : The ICS RMFI Programme will implement the ICS Risk Type Framework (RTF) and adopt a phased approach to support RTF as it matures.
The programme aims to provide a structure for managing and implementing the identified risks through the bank. Responsibilities : The PMO will work with the PMO Lead and Programme Director, providing support to the Programme Director as required on Programme Management related processes including ensuring compliance with the Project Governance Policy, the Programme Management Standards and System Delivery Framework, and ensuring staff working in Programmes and Projects within the Portfolio are aware and comply.
The PMO is pivotal in establishing an operating rhythm across the Programme and Projects which is efficient and effective and responsible for the upkeeping of Clarity data, Programme and Project Plans.
The PMO will support the ICS RMFI Working Groups with the preparation of quality materials to enable tracking the delivery of objectives plus effective decision making.
Maintain traceability of commitments made by the ICS RMFI to the deliverables across Programmes which will achieve them, commitments include capability, coverage, risk, compliance and legal Maximise the use and effectiveness of Clarity and automated reporting tools The PMO will maintain highly effective working relationships with Programmes and their PMOs across the portfolio, and Programmes outside of the portfolio where required.
Ensure submissions to the ICS TRP committee (PED, Red packs, Closure Reports, Benefit Reports etc.) are of the right quality and are timely.
Requirements : Proven PMO experience in a complex, multi-year programme by driving collaboration and participationChange and programme experience, ideally gained in the financial industryRecognised qualifications / certifications in PMO (Preferred PMP certification), Project and / or Change ManagementStrong knowledge of the businesses, markets and operations of Standard Chartered Bank and relevant policies, procedures, and processesAbility to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at an appropriate level ensuring open cooperative environmentExpert knowledge of Standard Chartered PMS, SDF and other Project and Programme governance policy requirements highly desirableMust have expert knowledge of project management tools such as ClarityMust have expert knowledge in understanding and implementing headcount / resource management, financials and cost processes such as forecasts, actuals (including recharges and accruals), etc.
