The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for providing business leadership and management of various accounts. You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects and engage resources from all departments i.
e. Production / Finance / Marketing etc .
Sales planning, conducting sales meetings, taking up on tough accounts,formulation of competitive strategies, and promoting customer retention programs nation-wide.
Assist global staff in work and design procedures to generate profitable sales in both existing and new business accounts.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers in organization and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth.
Analyze all customer requirements and develop solutions to complex problems and provide assistance to a variety of services and products.
Ensure compliance to all management reporting requirements and monitor work according to company policies.
Facilitate and develop various projects to ensure optimal customer delivery for global projects.
Develop sales strategies in coordination with product and marketing teams.
Documents all communication plans and processes and prepare reports to be submitted to senior management.

Relationship Management experience at multiple levels plus a proven sales record
