Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is looking for a DevSecOps Analyst on the Cloud Tools & Automation (CTA) team.

The DevSecOps Analyst role will be focused on supporting the implementation, automation, and optimization of Cloud controls within the CTA Team.

The position will assist in building efficient, scalable solutions for baseline tooling and services, and work to prevent potential security incidents, baseline deviations, and responding quickly in the event an incident occurs.

The position will work collaboratively with other IT Security departments to identify and address security issues throughout JLL's infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

Analyze, investigate, and respond to alerts

Prepares, collects, and analyzes metrics-related materials and documentation in conjunction with numerous CTA projects and day-to-day operations

Assist with efforts to quantify and analyze areas of risk in the environment

Assesses technologies and processes for security risk and supports the identification of new technologies

Reviews and respond to security incidents and problems to collect metrics, recommend and support the implementation of solutions, suggest process improvements, and conducts root cause analysis

Supports the development and implementation of standards and policies across the enterprise by providing industry best practices, controls (answering questions related to proper implementation of a policy or process or procedures)

Work with other team members to implement and support security tooling, including reporting, documentation, and end-user training.

Work with team members to identify cloud platform weaknesses and provide recommendations for remediation.

Work with a broader Information Security team on incident response and operational / strategic initiatives as needed.

Participate in evaluating and promoting new and existing security standards, tools, and solutions with a focus on automation and securing cloud platforms.

Experience & Education

Masters / Bachelors degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.

2+ Years experience working with Identity and Access Management tooling.

2+ years experience working in tools like Splunk, ELK, DataDog, etc.

2+ years experience in monitoring and remediation of vulnerabilities.

3+ years experience in Cloud frameworks and implementations.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management are also essential.

Highly organized and efficient, able to work independently

Strong analytical thinking and ability to generate data-driven solutions.

Must have awareness of Cloud Services; Azure, AWS, GCP, strong emphasis on Azure

Familiarity with compliance requirements (ISO, PCI, PII, SOX,SOC etc.)

Experience with query tools, such as PowerBI, Splunk, or Kusto

Experience with scripting; powershell, python, java

Experience with DevSecOps tools, SIEM, APMs (Splunk, Sumo Logic, Appdynamics, Datadog)

Experience with RESTful web services and API's a plus.

A good understanding of enterprise application development using programming languages such as .NET or java.

DevSecOps or DevOps experience and CI / CD frameworks and automation. (ADO, octopus)

Familiar with OWASP / SANS application vulnerabilities.
