Manage and assist in all accounting related tasks.
Calculate Taxes and returns and ensure all statutory compliances are prepared correctly and filed within defined time-lines.
Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFOs attention.
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary, follow-up for receivables and other accounting related management tasks.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team and also contribute as an individual contributor.
Coordinate semi-annual and annual audits with external auditors.
Conduct regular ledger maintenance.
Chartered Accountant, CA, ICWAI, Taxation, Compliance, Financial Closing, Journal Entries, Account Balance Reconciliation, Computerized Ledger, Generate Invoice, Receivables, Reconcile Balance Sheet, Statutory & External Auditor, ERP Accounting,
Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWAI, or M. Com with 5+ Year experience in computerized ledger system in manufacturing / real estate / certifying bodies and / or NGOs.
Hands-n experience with Advanced Excel, Computerized Ledger System.
Ability to analyse accounting challenges and proactively report to CFO / Head Accounts.
Hands-on with Accounting ERP.
Excellent time-management skills with ability to lead a performing team.
