Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) has an excellentopportunity for a Product Manager, based in India. The position reportsto the HCI Process Performance Management Product Line leader.

HCI isdeveloping innovative software solutions in Enterprise performance management(EPM). A key solution which will be part of EPM is Energy and Emissionsmanagement.

This solution will support our customers sustainabilityinitiatives. In this new role, you will be responsible for ideation,development and commercialization of Energy / Emissions software solutions forHCI.

Position Responsibilities :

Develop ideas and build business cases for new products as well as enhancement of existing products by regularly working with the Honeywell commercial teams as well as Customers and Partners

Define product strategy and roadmaps

Specify detailed functional and non-functional requirements along with business justifications as credible inputs into the planning process

Influence Product Roadmaps by balancing the market requirements with the core competencies, technology strategy and ongoing commitments of the organization

Drive build-buy discussions and decisions

Cross-team coordination for building Marketing Plans, Pricing, Product Deployment and Operations Planning, Project Planning, RFP responses

Build effective partnerships for technology and Go to market requirements

Measure and monitor progress against business plan and performance targets

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor / Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Environmental Studies. MBA is a plus

10+ years of overall industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

Product management or marketing in the software industry

Experience and success in environmental sustainability / energy management issues

Proven success of working with cross functional and global teams and managing internal and external stakeholders

Proven experience developing and executing product strategies for sales growth

Understands how to build product strategies from market data across multiple geographies / industries and uses common sense approach to execution

Courageous in building and promoting new ideas

Excellent communication skills
