The APAC and EMEA HR Reporting Specialist is a seasoned professional role that requires in-depth process knowledge and understanding on HR processes and Reporting.

Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a HR Reporting concepts. Requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach / taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.

Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily execution of significant projects within a focus area and resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
  • Provide timely update to stakeholders on the developments on their requests and manage any escalations associated.
  • Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
  • Represents Pillar / Process of expertise in HR and technology alignment meetings.
  • Coordinates and disseminates information of process, policy and procedure changes and ensuring the successful completion of projects managed.
  • Provides expert problem management support to difficult or complex issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted with any learning applied for future benefit.
  • Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
  • Acts as a point of contact and liaison between department and required business areas for the implementation of activities to ensure accurate communication to clients.
  • Liaises with key stakeholders to implement new procedures or clarify any misinterpretation as required.
  • Collates communication items, investigate issues, and ensure relevant communications are created in a timely clear and accurate manner.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.
  • Work and collaborate with other seniors and project managers from other EO&T and country units who are part of the project
  • They will also help on conversions and will be part of the O&T conversion workstreams
  • Knowledge / Experience / Skills :

  • 5 plus years of experience in an HR or workforce management role, including demonstrated experience with analytics projects
  • Proven track record of service excellence
  • Experience interacting with senior managers, negotiating deliverables and navigating complex organizations and managing through ambiguity
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills
  • Proficiency with systems and data management and analysis tools
  • Strategic thinking ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver unique insights and solutions to complex business challenges
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Advisory / Consulting skills
  • Experience working with remote locations also desirable
  • Knowledge on Workday Reporting and concepts are needed.

  • Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Demonstrate strong business knowledge including the understanding of core businesses, supporting processes and operations.
  • Ability to work in an environment where compliance with processes and procedures is of priority
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with constant deadlines
  • Ability to handle high volume of work and lead and adapt to change
  • Ability to rapidly learn technical and business techniques and knowledge
  • Maintains commitment to the highest ethical standards, including data privacy.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Tertiary qualifications desirable.
  • Outstanding problem-solver, should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience
