Primary Responsibilities :
Manage a software engineering team of size 8 to 12
Review code and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
Collaborate with stakeholders, business, Partner Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to ensure that the Solution is accurate to deliver outcomes to the client and reliable from a technology perspective
Understand and communicate new product and solution requirements back to the solution development and management team
Lead others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals
Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines
Enhance existing products as well as create new offerings utilizing the latest technology
Build and lead a product development team to deliver projects that meet business objectives and solve critical user problems
Collaborate closely with key leaders to develop strategic projects, plans and processes, streamline decision-making, and develop and manage an engineering team
Act as a technical leader in internal teams including managing code reviews, post project analysis and clearly articulating throughout the duration of projects what is important to the project’s success and focuses on the critical few and priorities to improve
Provide leadership for planning, recruiting and managing part of a world class technology, product development and application engineering team delivering a world class enterprise solutions portfolio and offering enabling services
Drive results through proactively collaborating across organizational boundaries, and ensures end- to-end execution that most effectively delivers for the right stakeholders

Required Qualifications :
Significant hands-on experience architecting and developing fine-grained services using modern Java EE frameworks (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Spring IO etc.)
Experience leading multidisciplinary (Software Development / QA) development teams
Experience as a strong technical leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly and influence across cross functional teams
Experience in developing 12-factor applications and cloud architecture experience
Experience delivering technology products / services in a high growth environment
Proficiency in one or more relational and non-relational DB technologies such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL & MongoDB
Deep understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such Angular.js, ReactJS
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong coding skills and hands-on experience in Java / J2ee plus deep expertise on SQL
Strong architectural understanding of large scale heavily distributed and available applications, containers, Microservices
Active adherence to engineering best practices including unit testing, test-driven development (TDD), continuous Integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD), pair programming, automated testing, and code reviews
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
Preferred Qualifications :
Healthcare domain experience
Experience with public cloud environment like AWS or AZURE or GCP
Experience in defining and implementing Hybrid scenarios with workloads shared across on premise and public cloud using zero trust approach
Experience with Container Orchestration Tools like Kubernetes, OpenShift and enabling logging / monitoring solutions for these tools
Performance tuning of Hybrid cloud applications for best performance
