Possess 10-15 years Advertising Agency / Digital agency Project Management / Traffic / Servicing background with working experience on managing global brands, ideally across all media forms
Experience in managing cross functional teams
Training on Project Management would be an advantage
High attention to detail.
Excellent English communications skills - written and oral.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames.
A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems.
A good sense of humour with a desire to do the right thing for the work.
Description
Manage Creative development Understand, plan, track and report on all projects including internal briefings, briefing to vendors / studios, managing key milestones / deadlines, presentations / internal approvals, executions, delivery, etc.
Manage the language localisation team of editors - Work closely with local, regional and global Cross-Functional Producers and Functional Producers to set priorities, manage schedules and delivery of projects.
Work closely with Producers and Operations Manager to forecast annual and quarterly workload and budgets, and track against actuals.
Ensure creative network is appropriately staffed for workload and oversee training of new resources as needed. - Manage interactions with multiple external agencies for production - Develop a good understanding of the Functional production processes and Marcom tools - Leverage existing tools to communicate project status, resource availability and deliver projects efficiently, while continually looking for ways to improve processes across functions.
Coordinate weekly project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Producers and Creative Network.
