Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Technical Project Manager, Analytic Pre-Sales

In this role, utilize deep understanding of package solutions and recommend when appropriate. Decide on the technology stack depending on the requirement.

Drive the architecture finalization effort. Able to understand the current system, drive the proof of concepts, if required, identify the re-

usable components, employ best practices towards this effort.

Utilizes OO design principles in creating complex custom software solutions or modifying package solutions. Identifies the limits of the tools being used and recommends.

Identifies the design vs. implementation tradeoffs with the tools being used.

Translates the impact of design on non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, availability and security into the project.

Leads a team of Genpact in business and technical designs of a module. Manages dependencies across other modules.


  • Promotes the value of project processes and establishes these processes on a new project. Educates and ensures that team follows processes.
  • Defines and assesses completeness of work.

  • Actively work with the business team to establish strategy for the account
  • Reviews implementation models and recommends pros / cons of different approaches. Participates in accumulating and disseminating specialty Best Practices
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the sales team for developing strategies, collateral and solutions that meet the business needs of clients
  • Map the business requirement to the sales portfolio appropriate for clients
  • Minimum qualifications

  • B.Tech. / M.Tech. / Masters in Computer Science
  • Robust analytics experience
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in cost Model creation and management
  • Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution
  • Prior experience in sales support
