What You'll Do at Pega :

  • Provide consultation to customers related to their current challenges and strategic roadmaps and how Pega can help
  • Strategize with the Account Team to solution the correct technology set for a prospective customer Present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations
  • Create value propositions, business cases, account strategies, vision demos and proof of concepts that align with Pega’s applications
  • Help enterprise clients meet strategic business goals by streamlining critical operations and engage their customers across multiple channels
  • Analyze the key issues of global enterprises and evaluate how Pega's unique technology can drive meaningful improvements
  • Who You Are :

    A result oriented individual, driven with passion and ability to explore solutions and solve complex customer problems.

  • Passionate about people & technology! You have technical / business experience in client-facingroles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, software application development
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or knowledge of Object-Oriented programming Or Digital Process Automation Or CRM.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and present robust product demos, combined withthe communication skills needed to develop customer relationships by listening to,understanding, and anticipating client needs (business and IT)
  • A storyteller capable of weaving together the vision of a solution not just products and motivating customers to change how they do business
  • Experienced in client-facing technical roles such as pre-sales, consulting, product management, enablement or application development
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and pressurized environment with an ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly
  • What You've Accomplished :

  • Worked with sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems
  • Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations and educated customers on product capabilities
  • Extensive thought leadership experience in technology
  • Experience developing solutions and selling enterprise software solutions
  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree (MBA)or equivalent business experience
  • Vertical knowledge across any of Financial Services / e-Commerce / Manufacturing / Public Sectors is essential for this role
  • Advanced (Language) both oral and written is essential
  • Ability to understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems
  • Thorough knowledge of technology tools, languages and programs
