Job Description : The Seller outreach team is responsible for bringing net-new B2B sellers to Amazon, up-sell existing B2C Sellers on Amazon to the B2B Program and also drive various seller engagement programs to ensure seller success on B2B.

As a Sales Associate, your primary role will be to work closely with the Seller Marketing and Product teams, to operationalize and automate marketing campaigns for seller acquisition, up-

sell and engagement. Firstly, you are required to drive traffic to the B2B Seller Services page through various marketing channels to enable B2B relevant sellers to register on their own.

Secondly, you are required to convince existing B2C sellers who are not in the B2B Program to opt back in, by sending targeted customized communications to them online.

Thirdly, you are required to support the Product team in communicating about feature launches and in driving adoption of those features by sending timely updates through various channels.

Lastly, you will need to work with category and 3P teams to drive personalized messaging for seller success. Further, you will be required to manage and report marketing data for all your campaigns and will be responsible for delivering results against set targets.

I. Skills

a. Excellent written and spoken communication skills(English, Hindi)

b. Proficiency in MS Excel along with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite

c. Knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce is desired

II. Ability to

a. Multi task in a very fast paced environment

b. Operate in the system with speed and accuracy necessary to meet Amazon standards

III. Demonstrate

a. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

b. 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations

c. Experience in managing and reporting data

b. 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations where you were required to manage multiple marketing campaigns and work with large volumes of data
