Working within the Data Office, Data Management Team you will be responsible for a wide variety of data quality and data input tasks, relating to the rollout and ongoing maintenance of Knight Frank's global client relationship management system, called hub.

Responsibilities will include :

1. Maintain client data for staff at all levels within the business, obtained from a variety of data sources and at varying levels of data quality, to help us build a high quality, global client database

2. Researching company names and addresses and ultimate parent companies, for the existing client database and for new companies that are added, ensuring the database is kept accurate and up to date.

3. Identifying duplicate contacts, companies, and addresses, merging records where appropriate to create clean contact, company and address records, with accurate details, which shows their entire relationship with Knight Frank

4. Carrying out relevant training of reports and apps used to select team members.

5. Maintain team reports and productivity.

6. Preparing Power BI Reports, Dashboards and Visualization.

Systems & IT competence : -

1. Advanced Microsoft Office -Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, solver, Macro, queries, data validation, formulas)

2. SQL & Power BI

3. Dashboarding & Visualization

4. PowerPoint Presentations.

5. Alteryx (Optional)

6. Fast and accurate data input

7.Data Analysis, Validation and Reconciliation

Particular Aptitudes / Skills Required :

1. Ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels, whether by phone or email.

2. Strong attention to detail.
