Position summary Job role This position will be part of a Global Business Process Management (BPM) team. This team member has the primary responsibility for designing, modelling, testing, and implementing EY’s process knowledge.
He / she will also be responsible for analysing, validating, verifying and managing requirements needs for existing and new projects.
He / she will have strong, front-line consulting experience with any of the process analysis / modelling tools including ARIS platforms, including ARIS Architect / Business Designer, ARIS Business Simulator, ARIS for SAP and IBM Blue Works.
Job responsibilities Key Result Areas
Responsible for designing and developing industry specific process models that can be used to support EY’s pursuits and accelerate project delivery
Support industry leaders and practitioners with the design and development industry-specific value chains and business process classification frameworks
Play key role in requirement gathering / process design workshops with large groups of SMR’s and business teams
Design and create end-to-end process models using EPC and BPMN modelling standards
Analyze and improve business processes in ARIS or IBM Blue Works based on experience
Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices and develop EA related assets
Actively develop and enhance EY BPM methodology-including modelling standards and conventions
Maintain a pulse on leading practices / trends around business process management, EA, modelling standards, etc.
Proactively promote an inclusive work environment by participating in BU, geography, area or national gender / diversity investment efforts
Consider various possible courses of action before taking or recommending further steps, when routinely faced with problems that have not been encountered previously

Ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual Trainings on ARIS and IBM Blue Works Platforms.
Sound working knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
Willingness to travel international, if required
M.B.A. or related Master's degree preferred
ARIS Certified Professional
Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA)
Basic Qualifications :
Fluent, expert with the ARIS and / or IBM Blue Works modelling tools and method
3-4 years of ARIS / IBM Blue Works software solutions work experience
3-4 years of recent experience, in areas such as : Business Process Management capability and process strategy, business process analysis, business process design and modelling, business process improvement, KPI and metric development, BPM tool deployment, etc.
3-4 years of EPC and / or BPMN 2.0 modelling experience
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks including TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, etc.
Preferred Technical Qualifications :
Experience in managing ARIS / IBM Blue Works configuration : Methods and Conventions (Databases / workspaces, Models, Attributes, etc.)
