Tech lead - ADBA (Telecom BSS / OSS) - Provide technical leadership to teamof SMEs. -Technical Expertise & Hands on knowledge in one or more areas applications like Billing, CRM, Provisioning, POS, etc.

COTS packages like AmdocsEnsemble, Kenan, Siebel, Geneva, Comptel Mediation, Clarity, etc.- Overall knowledge of the E2E application deployment architecture, database, systems & solution for their application suite (Billing, CRM, POS, DWH, Provisioning, etc.

Interface between Application operations and DBA / OS teams for planning and execution of changes-Performance tuning of application database queries and support-

Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues / challenges faced by the team.- Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite.

  • Responsible for driving down the incidents , problem, trouble tickets, service request trends.- Support on work allocation (shifts, rotas)-
  • Expertise in ITIL / ITSM processes-Strong Skills of Unix & PL / SQL "

    Deliver domain specific operational efficiencies in driving down the incidents , problem, trouble tickets, service request trends.

  • Ensure all work allocation (shifts, rotas) initiated onetime and People management initiatives are completed"
  • Lead ADBA support delivery preferably for a Telecom
