Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Resourcing Resourcing is identifying the hiring need in coordination with the business and ensure right candidates are identified and hired on time as per schedule. Resourcing includes
  • Preparing contracts new or amended,
  • On-boarding of suitable candidates
  • Relocation if needed
  • Pre-employment screening
  • Apart from these following are also part of resourcing activities.

  • Analysis on forecast of required resources
  • Networking and selection of proper hiring channel
  • Getting resources as per requirement
  • Delivery of resources on schedule
  • Maintain a steady talent pool for future recruitment
  • Query Management (First line query support service via Service Now. Front Desk managed by NG Onshore team)
  • Query management is how you handle queries / questions from customers. It includes how fast you can provide a resolution to any issues / concerns.
  • It also includes how much accurate information you are providing to the customers.
  • The query management system allows you to manage, answer, archive, search, re-use information.
  • Payroll and Rewards is managing the pay and rewards processing for all employees on time. It includes the following activities.
  • Payroll accounting
  • Inputs processing,
  • Reporting & reconciliation including pay calculation,
  • Query management,
  • HMRC interface,
  • Deduction remittances
  • Payment distribution
  • Time and attendance reporting
  • In very simple terms, Payroll and Rewards ensure employees get paid on time .
  • They receive all their monetary and non-monetary parks on time
  • All the calculations are done on time and accurate.
  • Handle payment related queries
  • Reporting pay related information and when required
  • Managing flexible benefits is to ensure the benefits offered by the organization to all employees are tracked and reported on time.
  • It is also to help employee avail the benefits without any trouble. It includes the following activities :

  • Administration of benefits
  • Employee eligibility record keeping
  • Plan enrolment administration,
  • Benefit plan accounting
  • Management reporting
  • Employee communication, vendor communication & co-ordination with employee for absence management
  • Exit management is a robust system in any organization to track and manage employee exits. It includes the following activities :
  • Administration and execution of exit management activities including termination process,
  • termination administration,
  • benefit eligibility post-termination / retirement,
  • redundancy processing,
  • leaver system updates and ad-hoc leaver activities
