Skills Required :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5+ years experience
Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components
Good experience of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language)
Exposure to LWC
Strong practical knowledge of Lightning Components, Lightning Experience LWC, Lightning Design system, Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
Experience with technologies such as WSDL, REST and / or SOAP web services, oAuth and Single Sign-On
Experience with software development in scale, both on-premise and in the cloud
Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus
Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Experience in a comparable pre-sales position, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or other high value business solutions
Extensive knowledge and experience working with various business domains
Previous work experience as a Technical Architect position is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to create big-picture software solutions
Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
Good-to-have Skills :
Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud , Einstein Analytics, Pardot ,Heroku and Salesforce DX would be preferred.
Experience in Vlocity OmniScript, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, etc
Has Salesforce certifications including Administrator, PD1 and / or PD2
Experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead
Capable of determining the efforts involved in building the solution and timeline for same
Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the execution of a proposed project plan
Roles & Responsibilities :
Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for complex technical and digital marketing requirements
Take ownership of workshops, whiteboarding, presentations, demonstration and proof-of-concept builds
Understand specific client requirements and analyze them.
Conduct detailed costing based on time and effort estimation if required.
Provide inputs for client demos / presentations / collaterals
Provide input for creating response to RFPs / RFIs
To collaborate with team and work closely with sales to uncover real business problems faced by customers and prospects and develops solutions
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries
Conducting client discovery calls with Sales Representatives
Strategizing with the sales team to create solutions to lead the proposal to winning opportunities
