Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-

The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun India has strong presence in all four segments i.e. Decorative, Protective, Powder and Marine Coatings with annual sales turnover of INR 5032 Million for the year 2018.

Jotun India has more than 400 competent employees, having its headquartered at Mumbai, manufacturing facility at Pune, R&D Office at Vimannagar, Pune and Sales offices in additional three cities i.

e. Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. As a Assistant Manager - Decorative Sales, you will be responsible to develop Retail & Project business in defined territory.

This position is based in Ahmedabad and will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Decorative - Gujrat. Duties and responsibilities : Selecting the right channel partner for Jotun who can understand, appreciate & adopt company strategy to ensure profitable & sustainable business.

Promoting the products through channel partners by continuous product training and thereby helping the dealers to increase the sales and margins by product upgradation.

Strengthening association with leading developers & architects in Indore & other cities / towns. To increase share of wallet in existing developers & adding new potential customers.

Making Contractors & Painters Royalty program succeed by consistency in relevant activities and grow the Retail business through them To focus on Premium products by working on relevant segments & customers to ensure profitability of the territory.

Building Jotun brand in the market by executing marketing activities & effective coordination with Marketing department on branding, collaterals etc to increase visibility of the Brand within territory & build market pull.

Getting Jotun products specified by consistent activities & coordination with identified top Architects to ensure project penetration.
