The Role :
We are seeking an experienced JIRA and Confluence Administrator responsible for support and enhancing JIRA and Confluence environment in support of effective tracking, development and reporting of business and IT projects and initiatives.

In this role you will :
Configure, maintain, enhance and upgrade the JIRA Software, Service Desk, Confluence and related Add-On components
Work with business users to enable custom workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, and automation
Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, mail handlers, and automation
Manage all JIRA and Confluence enhancements and releases with limited supervision
Install and configure add-on’s for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
Identify ways to streamline processes by recommending items for automation, re-structuring, or elimination
Contribute to the overall JIRA and Confluence technical strategy and road map
Key Qualifications :
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team :
2+ years of experience with configuration and administration of JIRA or Confluence or related tools and technologies
Integration experience on JIRA and Confluence with external applications and plugins
Ability to construct custom dashboards using various gadgets and custom JQLs in JIRA
Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, SDLC, and experience working with Agile teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple moving parts at any given time through effective time-management and planning
Experience in BI or SSRS report customization a plus
Experience in writing Atlassian plugins using Java or related technologies a plus
Ability to configure, maintain PostgreSQL and write custom SQL a plus
Experience authoring wiki content for technical and non-technical audience a plus
Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent degree from an accredited college or university
