Expertise in Support of Voice / Messaging Nodes which should primarily include(one or many) o IMS, RCS, TAS, ASBC, P-CSCF, IPSMGW and VMAS
Should have deep knowledge of 4G call flows, and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi, IoT etc.
Should understand the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
Should have knowledge / sound understanding of RHOS / Docker / Containers / Kubernetes over Dell / HP
Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
Hands-on experience on databases like MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Swift, and Couchbase.
Scripting knowledge - python, shell
To be successful in this role, you must have : o Should be able to work on independently on the Voice / Messaging Network to solve the Customer issues.
o Should be able to work independently with R&D and ST to deliver solution for Customer issues. o Should be willing to travel as per the business requirements.
o Should have strong troubleshooting skills. o Should possess good consultation skills and should be able to drive solutions at customer places.
o Able to work 24x7 in a shift-based environment.
Experience required : 5 - 12 years
