Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to be a valuable member of the Philips University Enablement and Activation team, managing the current learning portfolios of Philips.

In this role, you will be the linking pin between our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) team, Regional Learning delivery team as well as Learning Consultants designing the learning content.

You will be responsible of managing, overseeing and strategizing the learning portfolio quality at Philips University.

You are responsible for

  • Drive Philips University training Portfolio Optimization via Cornerstone data to its full potential by taking full benefit of Cornerstone features that link with portfolio management e.g. Machine learning.
  • Build and Manage Portfolio quality and consumption KPI's for Philips University
  • Take decisions based on data on training consumption, training quality, training duration, type of training etc. to improve Philips Learning Portfolio
  • Drive improvements and implementation of Cornerstone functionalities related to portfolio management (Taxonomy, Classification, Program names etc.)
  • Act as the intake point for portfolio maintenance request
  • Manage the handover process between Learning Consultant and Portfolio after successful new training pilot has happened
  • Support the management with preferred training supplier business review meetings by providing insights to drive the portfolio development
  • Help global training delivery team to complete the new training content upload to Cornerstone and advising how to build connections with existing portfolio

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A bachelor or master’ s degree
  • 3-5 years experience either in portfolio management (can be outside learning) or as Learning Management Systems Specialist in multinational / culture environment
  • Thrive in a growth environment - Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working in environments of high ambiguity
  • Be self-starting and work autonomous, be creative yet have a highly developed attention to detail
  • Have a structured mind set with an eye for standardization and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in English is required
  • Strong communication skills, both in written as well as in verbal communication
