Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects
Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior-level consulting position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs.
As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations.
Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.
Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Creates new solution sets based on an assessment of industry needs, market demands, and knowledge of competitive product offerings.

Any University bachelor’s degree / Having MBA will be an added advantage.
Overall 18 to 22 Years experience;
Having Industry / Domain Experience of 8-10 years will be an added advantage. Should have covered at least 2 industry verticals such as Automobile, Telecom, Engineering & Construction, Logistics.
Extensive background as Consultant, Architect having covered at least 3 of the functional areas of SCM such as Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics and Distribution
Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS / WMS / OTM-related domains with at least 5 End-to-End Implementations.
Fusion Implementation will be an added advantage.
Extensive presentation experience
Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel up to 40% across EMEA and JAPAC
Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
