Proactively identify and manage potential problems / escalations within customer base with appropriate resolution plans

Seek and continuously develop knowledge of our client business to build an understanding of their needs.

Responsibilities : *Auditing calls and Sharing Feedback

  • Conducting calls calibration
  • Handling Entire Campiagn of NON-SALES calls
  • Conducting NHT BATCH Quality sessions
  • Conducting Refresher or Training session of OJT BATCH
  • Taking Team Huddles for well being of process
  • Short call Analysis
  • Floor support like taking Escalation calls and auditing the Escalation calls
