Job responsibilities : -
Managing business development
Recruiting Point Of Sale (Agents / preferred / Multi brands garages / Dealers / School / Collages Etc.)
Training and developing to All POS on an ongoing basis
Achieve Sales target
Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information , address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
Set weekly production target for team of POS
Identify agents development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training
Managing and controlling POS and monitoring their performance
Coordination with POS for their business / sales and resolve issue .
MIS generation and data analysis for cost control and performance improvement.
Essential Attributes : -
Candidate should have stability in his career otherwise he will be rejected.
Candidate must be from Known Insurance background. Preferable industries Real Estate, Automobiles & Insurance also.
Additional Qualifiers : -
A Graduate or an MBA or post graduate or 12th passed
in the Age bracket 20 years to 40 years Essential
Should be able to understand English
