  • Competencies : -
  • Having good retail industry experience particularly in selling of Retail Billing Software and good understanding on Retail Industry lifecycle
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada and other regional Languages
  • Good field sales knowledge by using various strategies
  • Good convince power and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and ability to handle stress
  • Result oriented and passion for selling
  • Positive Attitude and team playing ability
  • Aptitude for customer service delivery
  • Ability to meet the deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Passion for travelling
  • Having Two Wheeler with Valid Driving Licence
  • Roles & Responsibilities : -
  • Identifying and Networking with prospective client and increase sales growth
  • Lead generation and converting the generated leads into business
  • Pre & post follow-up with clients and achieving sales target on regular basis
  • Executing Marketing and Promotional activities
  • Develop effective sales strategies that helps in acquiring the retail clients, negotiate deals, and complete the paperwork for the sale
  • Achieving the weekly, monthly and yearly goals
  • Present the sales goals in the meetings and executing the sales standards by corrective measures
  • Interacting with clients via Phone, Chat, Email or any other mode of communication and maintain the fruitful relationship with existing and prosperous customers and address their needs effectively
  • Identify the development and opportunities in the market
  • Involve with client feedback process
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Involve with various MIS Reports on sales, clients & revenue etc.,
  • Researching retailers online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets & drive and support Social Media marketing opportunities and strategies
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as and when they arise by client or officials
  • Ensure that all other parts of the company have the appropriateinformation to maximize sales opportunities
  • Cold-calling businesses to promote the business offer
  • Drive excellent relationships with all the local retailers (Client)
  • Any other assignments as assigned by reporting authority / head sales
