Experience in using digital tools to optimize efficiency Key responsibilities (title) WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Key responsibilities (text) Ensure a smooth store opening by supporting mass onboardings process & delivering an excellent pre, during & post onboarding experience for new co-workers.
Execute all operational People tasks related to People &Culture at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related meetings and events
Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
Contribute to the unit’s complete people planning process from forecasting to the execution of the schedule by posting draft schedules timely, ensuring scheduled hours include planned absences and liaising on the development of final schedules with department managers in order to respond to coworker, customer and business needs
