Stay current with system information, changes and updatesJob Description : · Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Client’s products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating benefits of products and services to customers.· Be knowledgeable of all Client marketing initiatives and effectively communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers· Sales through Customer Service· All other duties as assigned· Follow standard processes and procedures;
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;· Redirect problems to appropriate resource;· Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;· Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
