Position : Staff Enterprise Application Engineer Grade / Band : 11 / H Overview : Staff Enterprise Application Engineer would be primarily responsible for leading the Development, Customization, Implementation and Deployment of CAD / Custom Tools and its integration with PLM tools.

This position will also be responsible for the end-to-end Technical delivery and Architecture of CAD / PLM Integration Systems.

This position is a stakeholder facing role and it requires to establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Lead Development, customization, and deployment of CAD / Custom Tools and Integration with TC PLM
  • Lead Design, implementation, and Integration testing of CAD applications as per standards
  • Coordinate with functional stakeholders and work with project team to execute projects on time
  • Installation of new software and perform maintenance, programming for existing version as well as updates for future releases
  • Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution
  • Maintaining positive relationships with Functional team by identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement the solutions by proactively learning new tools
  • Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability
  • Continuously improving the technical delivery model, strategy and managing delivery with cross functional IT teams
  • Work with internal and vendor teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures Eligibility Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years of Technical leadership experience in Design, Development, Implementation & Release Deployment of CAD / PLM Systems
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant customization experience working with CAD tools like NX, BCT, Creo, Visualization, Anark, AutoCAD & Teamcenter PLM Integrations
  • Good programming skills with at least one major development language like C++ / C# & .NET framework
  • Knowledge of Mechanical design, drafting and Standards
  • Programming experience with using APIs for CAD systems including NX, Creo etc.,
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL framework and follow Incident / Change / Problem management practices Desired Characteristics :
