Overview :

The Junior Salesforce Administrator plays a key role within the Business Information Systems (BIS) group and helps expand the business capabilities of Kaseya.

This role will be responsible for working with other members of the BIS team to maximize our investment in the Salesforce.

com platform, helping to deliver high quality enhancements, and providing 1st tier support for the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a fast learner, exceptionally organized, and an excellent communicator.

They will demonstrate a solid technical foundation and a keen interest in the role of Technology in Business.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong Salesforce.com Administrator skills
  • Career Development

  • Provide primary Salesforce.com support to groups across the business
  • Manage support request queue and related SLAs for response and resolution
  • Identify, diagnose, and report technical problems
  • Escalate and track problems per organizational procedures
  • Competitive Compensation

  • Document existing processes and update them as they are rolled out and revised
  • Test new customizations being rolled out by the team
  • Design and create reports and dashboards across functional groups
  • Gain project experience and a working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Learn how to administer other key technologies required to support the business processes centered on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Work directly with other consultants to support larger (more complex) projects
  • Stay up to date on SFDC capabilities and releases and identify what would be good fit for the application and organization
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Superior self-motivation
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or the equivalent in experience
  • Demonstrable technical proficiency
  • Professional Team-Oriented attitude
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with the Salesforce.com application
  • Experience working with Sales and / or Marketing departments
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Some programming experience
  • Understanding of databases, knowledge of basic SQL
