Qualcomm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be part of Talent Acquisition team to support the Software Organization across multiple sites in India.

  • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently : deliver excellent partnering internally (with hiring managers) and world class candidate experience externally (to candidates);
  • collaborate well across all business units and partner organizations; act as a Trusted Talent Advisor to hiring managers and leaders.

    Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring software engineering talent across levels.

    Managing the entire recruiting life cycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding

    Ability to curate hiring solutions for the business groups.

    Providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members

    Participating on the business groups team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates

    Strong stakeholder focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.

    Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

    Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

    Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of recruiting experience with product / engineering organization

    Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates from direct competitors, different channels.

    Ability to articulate Qualcomm’s value proposition to candidates

    Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle.

    Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment

    Must have Prior background recruiting for Volume hiring

    Semiconductor hiring experience is preferred.
