Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Assistant Manager L& D in Pune.

What a typical day looks like :

Strategy & Vision :

  • Provide input into the development of a learning and development roadmap to build and deliver required capabilities
  • Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goal
  • Program Management :

  • Lead critical projects by partnering with the L&D team members, business, vendors, and HR teams and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners
  • Partner with the team to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support
  • Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making
  • Simplify learning opportunities / make learning more planned and predictable
  • Facilitation & content development

  • Understand the training requirements and design, develop & deliver training programs on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure excellent learner experience through delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI / E
  • Drive TTT for nominated behavioral trainers.
  • Assess training effectiveness based on identified parameters.
  • The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

  • Overall 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development / Talent Development
  • Must be able create business value of Learning initiatives
  • Action Oriented with focus on delivery and timelines
  • High Customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and project management
  • Strong orientation towards contemporary trends in adult learning, and training. Demonstrated ability to put theory into practice
  • Analyze Data to unearth performance gaps and validate hypotheses. Strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, including MS Excel
  • Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general and learning technologies. Ability to independently work with cutting-edge technologies and enable their quick and wide adoption in the space of learning
