Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with Team Heads / Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position.
Meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Sourcing quality profiles from various channels.
Posting job requirements on various job portals.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process.
Preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidates.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Immediate Joiners would be preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Well versed with MS Office, Employee database management and internet search.
Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally.
Confident to interact with all hierarchy level.
Creative / Intellectual / Flexible.
