Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Team Heads / Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position.
  • Meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Sourcing quality profiles from various channels.
  • Posting job requirements on various job portals.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process.
  • Preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidates.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Immediate Joiners would be preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Well versed with MS Office, Employee database management and internet search.
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally.
  • Confident to interact with all hierarchy level.
  • Creative / Intellectual / Flexible.
  • Key Skills Required :

    1) Good communication skills

    2) Strong learning & interpersonal skills

    3) Good Analytical skills.

    4) Able to handle pressure well
