Job description :

With hands-on experience of ServiceNow Implementations of 3 or more of any of these ITSM, ITBM and CSM or GRC / ITOM etc

Experience in Implementation / development of ServiceNow Telecom application ( TSM or TSOM) is preferred.

Design, Architect, Develop and Implement new ServiceNow custom Solutions / Apps targeted for specific industry segments like Telecom , Insurance, Finance etc.

Hands on Experience in Plan, Design and Review aspects of ServiceNow Solutions.

Good knowledge of various integrations of third party tools with ServiceNow using SCCM , Rest APIs etc , preferred with hands on experience.

Good knowledge of ServiceNow Automation capabilities using Integration hub / APIs etc.

Hands on Experience in Creating, Maintaining and Distribution of HLD and LLD.

Hands on Experience on Agile and Scrum Methodologies.

Hands on Experience on working on BRD and FRD.

Aware of ServiceNow Modules : ITOM, GRC and HRSD, TSM, TSOM, Telecom Order management

Aware and exposure of latest ServiceNow apps like ServiceNow Impact

API Integrations, Custom Application Development and Third-Party Tool Integrations with ServiceNow.

Strong communication skills.

Experience with conducting demonstrations and workshops

Experience in Preparing presentations / documentations / SOPs for new products / solutions
